Microsoft Office 2013 license update

Effective immediately, customers who purchased a retail copy of Microsoft Office 2013 (Home & Student 2013, Home & Business 2013 or Professional edition 2013) can now move the software to another computer once every 90 days.

Microsoft Office 2013 licensing was non-transferable a few weeks ago and a lot of customers were not happy.

Microsoft Office 2013 license grants the owner the right to install the software on a single computer, but if that PC break, gets stolen or lost, upgrades or replaces it with a new one, then the buyer can now install Office 2013 their original copy on the new PC.

A buyer can also sell or transfer the license to another user.
